Accredited Letting Agent
Home Sweet Home have been accredited by Landlord Accreditation Scotland and the Council of Letting Agents.
From October 2018 it is also a legal requirement for letting agencies in Scotland to be registered with the Scottish Government. Home Sweet Home have registered and conform to all requirements specified in the Letting Agent Code of Practice.
As members of The Scottish Association of Landlords, Home Sweet Home will be alerted to any changes in legislation within the letting industry. We will always keep you up to date and can access a wealth of information should you need it.
